The Greater Saint Louis Association of Earth Science Clubs Inc.

The Association was formed in 1988 and held its first board meeting in January 1989. The Association is made of five member clubs. The purposes of the Association are to:

  1. Promote interest in Geology and the Lapidary Art
  2. Encourage the collecting and display of rocks, minerals, fossils and gems.
  3. Encourage field trips of Geological, Mineralogical, Paleontology or Lapidary nature.
  4. Encourage greater interest and education in minerals, fossils and gems
